Intelligence has no gender.

–inspired by Mary Wollstonecraft (1759-1797)

Scientific proof reasons that intelligence plays no role in gender. Yet, it plays a disproportionate role in recruitment. 

If intelligence equally distributes across genders–then an imbalance in numbers would suggest a disequilibrium in employment costs. 

Where imbalance exists–demand will exceed supply. A rise in the costs required to attract that constrained supply naturally follows.

Let's call it an inclusion and diversity tax…

And who would willingly sign up to pay more tax?
