  5. Churn Rate - We expect this to be driven by three factors:

    (a) relevance of adverts - ie a higher churn rate in the early days as adverts delivery is not optimized to relevant consumers

    (b) Advert volume - ie if there are not enough adverts to keep consumers motivated in accessing the app then churn will be higher

    (c) Advertising Quality and Differentiation - if adverts are the same as found on other channels then interest will likely be solely in the financial incentive which may not be high enough to maintain motivation in accessing the app.
