I don’t need a strategy!
I understand the "Why do I need a monetization strategy" thinking. I thought the same thing when opening a restaurant. What could go wrong? I had spent time as a chef in my youth and the last 20 years as a Chartered Accountant. Neither food nor figures would faze me.
