Multiplication by zero…


Anything multiplied by zero = zero.

I have often made the mistake of thinking that it's ok to have some weak links.

Figuring that–as long as the whole is alright–then what does it matter if there are a few weak links. 

This theory is adopted by individuals and institutions alike.

"You can't be a specialist in everything, right?"

Fair do's–but what if the weakness is so weak–that it becomes zero in the minds of your target customer. 

Then it doesn't matter how good your marketing is.

Or if you have a 10X product.

Or a 5X customer success department that rocks.

None of this matters if, for instance, your data security is null. 

Any number multiplied by zero equals zero. Focus on the weakest links!
